Non smoking holiday home

A great place to stay for a vacation. The view on the golf is amazing, the patio is great for a BBQ night. The house is super clean and tidy and all set up to stay with kids (portacot, high chairs and toys available). I definitely recommend staying there. Close to the beach, only 5 minutes drive and close to Dunsborough center.

What an amazing get away!My partner an I had an opportunity to get away midweek for a few days. It was a spontaneous decision and we found it very difficult to get a place at such short notice. We didn't want to drive too far but far enough that it felt like an escape and was very close to the beach. We found exactly that at Oceanview, and more! Such a comfortable a well equipped place, with a stunning view of the ocean! Kangaroos grazing across the road , and a variety of bird life, and a very short walk to the beach gave us a lovely experience of nature. Tracy is a delight- warm and accommodating. We will be back!!

Our stay at Stableford Cottage was an absolute delight. The cottage is maintained to an incredibly high standard; comes with 3 spacious and oh-so-comfortable bedrooms, plus a kitchen come living area that presents you with a spectacular view over the golf course. Perfect location with the centre of town being a mere 3 minutes drive, 5 minutes to the nearest beach. The owners have clearly gone to great lengths to ensure the property is kitted out with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. We'll definitely be back to stay in the near future!

The house was neat and clean with fantastic views of beautiful Preston Beach. We were in easy walking distance to both the beach and shop. The yard was secured and perfect for our beloved Labrador. This is the third time we have stayed at one of Tracy’s properties and she is always so helpful and easy to deal with. We can’t wait to return to Ocean View soon.

The Stableford Cottage Holiday Home was a great place to stay. I stayed there with 5 other mates and we had a great time with sleeping areas for all and a kitchen where we could easily cook meals. The living room and outdoor area situated next to the golf course were great for having a drink or having a chat to guests and the whole place looked lovely. I would definitely go here again!

Our second time at Oceanview Preston Beach. Had the perfect getaway both times. Lovely home and location, with fabulous ocean views. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Well equipped with plenty of thoughtful extra’s like a range of movies and backyard totem tennis.

Awesome venue, it’s the second time we have stayed here and will definitely stay again. Tracey is more than helpful
